Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
General Terms
You're intitled to a number of "reasonable" changes to your commission before work on the final image starts, any changes once the final image has begun may require additional costs.
Any ill behavior or aggression won't be tolerated - your commission will be canceled.
I have the right to decline your commission if I deem it inappropriate, or if it's a task I feel I'm unable to take on due to difficulty.
All work can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to complete, maybe longer with real life complications, all work delays will be communicated with the client.
Payment
All Prices will be AUS currency, I will do my best to convert a price in your country, costs will slightly vary depending on currency.
Payment Methods, I accept are PayPal, or Patreon.
I require 50% of the cost before work starts, and the other 50% once your commission is completed, I will not hand over any finished work until final payment is received.
I understand life can be hard sometimes, if a smaller over time monthly payment would be better for you, I'm happy to discuss that with you.
CANCELING / REFUNDING POLICY
I will not issue any refunds after the commission has been completed.
If I need to cancel a project, for reasons that are my own, you will receive a 100% refund.
If I for some reason do not deliver your commission or send any updates for 90 days, I will issue a full refund.
If you decide to cancel a commission mid process the % of refunded payment will be decided based on how far I am from completing your commission.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
NFT usage is strictly forbidden
I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. DO NOT upload my work to any AI sites, filters or other kinds of AI generators.
I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to show or use the image as a sample for self-promotion, posting work on my socials, you will be credited and linked back to.
You may not claim my work as your own.
You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays, you may also display/use your commission on social platforms, including YouTube channel art, and videos (credit must be given in video/site description).
